Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They delivered the order that was missing.

If this continues I will find someone else to deliver the water and I could not find a phone number to call them directly. Try to get a phone number where you can talk to a real person and not all of this AI mess.

Resolved: Delivery Issues

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Ongoing service failures with Primo ReadyRefresh; BBB complaint.
  • - Delivery completed; two bottles on 02/04/26 and five on 02/06/26; account closed.
Updated by user Feb 07, 2026

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Please see review.

Original review updated Feb 07, 2026
I am experiencing ongoing service failure with Primo Brands ReadyRefresh. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.
I enrolled in water delivery service through a Primo Brands ReadyRefresh representative at Sams Club.

My first delivery was scheduled for November 21, 2025. That delivery did not occur. After contacting customer service, I was advised that the distribution center had been contacted and delivery was rescheduled for the following week, which also did not take place.
My first and only delivery occurred in the first week of December 2025 and included four 5-gallon water bottles and one water dispenser. I have received no additional deliveries since that time.
Since December, I have contacted ReadyRefresh numerous times and spoken with multiple representatives.

On several occasions, representatives contacted the distribution center while I was on the phone and assured me that water would be delivered. I have also received written email confirmations promising delivery dates that were never fulfilled. Despite repeated assurances, no further deliveries have been made.
This service was intended to reduce inconvenience, yet it has created ongoing disruption. Empty bottles are left outside due to missed pickups, creating an eyesore and a potential HOA issue.

Because Primo has failed to deliver water as promised, I am forced to purchase water separately and manually refill the 5-gallon bottles simply to use equipment I am actively paying for.
As of today, my account reflects a credit balance of $16.97, indicating overpayment for services not rendered. Additionally, I was promised delivery of seven 5-gallon bottles per delivery through April 2026, none of which have been delivered beyond the initial December delivery.
Due to failure to perform and services not rendered, I am requesting fulfillment of the promised delivery of seven 5-gallon water bottles, issuance of a full refund of all amounts paid (including existing credits), and termination of my account with written confirmation that no further billing will occur.
Update:
Since filing this complaint, a Primo ReadyRefresh manager contacted me on Wednesday (02/04/26) and arranged to personally deliver two 5-gallon bottles of water to my home. He also advised that the remaining five 5-gallon bottles would be delivered the following day.
On Thursday, I received a notification that the delivery was delayed until Friday.

The remaining five 5-gallon bottles were delivered Friday (02/06/26), at no cost.
Additionally, I was provided written confirmation that my account has been closed effective 02/06/26, with no further billing.
To summarize, the company delivered the remaining water at no cost, issued refunds for prior charges, and confirmed my account was closed with no additional charges. The matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.
Pros:
  • Offers spring water
Cons:
  • Broken promises
  • Delivery never arrives

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: Use ANY other water delivery service other than Primo brands Ready Refresh

Arrowhead 16.9 oz CHEAP bottles

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Email to corpresolutions@***.com was rejected.
  • - Arrowhead water is fav; thinner bottles collapse; revert to original thickness and BPA-free plastic.

First, I tried sending an email to Primo Brands email: corpresolutions@***.com (which was the only one that I could find) but it refused my email. I'm guessing that they don't like having their customers contacting them.

Anyhow, first I wanted to mention to Primo Brands that Arrowhead water is my favorite as far as taste goes and I also like that it's from spring water. And that's why I'm writing; otherwise, I wouldn't even bother! That said, I'm very, very unhappy with their new packaging, and I have been for over a year now! And it's slowly getting worse!

If they make the bottles any thinner, we'll be drinking out of sandwich bags! You've made the bottles so thin now that the bottles literally start to collapse the moment that I take a sip! And, not to mention, that the crinkling, popping, and snapping noises that their bottles make are very annoying! This never used to happen until about a year or two ago when they started messing with the bottles, making them thinner and thinner, seemingly every month!

I'm guessing that they're doing this for two reasons: 1) to save 0.01 cent per bottle and 2) to bow down to the environmentalists. So I'm asking that they please go back to the original thickness of their bottles and also start using BPA-free plastic. They should follow the example of Glaceau Smart Water; their bottles are durable and possibly BPA-free!

Promo Brands, please let me know once you improve your bottles so that I can start purchasing them again! Sincerely, Mark

Pros:
  • Taste and the source of the water
Cons:
  • Paper thin plastic bottles

Preferred solution: plastic water bottles that don't collapse after taking a sip.

Resolved: Leaking cooler

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The company will replace the water dispenser and 2 bottles at no charge; water arrived in a week, but the dispenser won't be delivered for a month.

The company will be replacing the water dispenser, as well as replacing, at no additional charge, 2 water bottles. We received the water within a week; however, the dispenser won't be delivered for a month.

It doesn't do us much good to have water with no dispenser. But we'll be patient.

User's recommendation: Have the delivery person set up your cooler, then if it leaks the rep for the company is right there.

OZARKA WATER BOTTLES SPILL WATER EVERY TIME THEY ARE OPENED!

AI Highlights
  • - Ozarka water tastes off and has changed.
  • - The bottles are flimsy and leak when opened.
  • - We started buying other brands such as Geyser and Dasani.

Hello,

My family (9 people) and I have been buying Ozarka water bottles for years and years. Something has changed.

The taste is off, and the plastic bottles are unbelievably flimsy and cheap.

Every single time (literally) one of us opens an Ozarka bottled water, it either spills everywhere or leaks everywhere. It's becoming such a problem that we have started buying other brands, such as Geyser and Dasani.

I'm sure you guys will not care about our business, but I wanted someone to know that WE consumers notice!

Thanks,

Jill Gordon

Wrong company billing name and address. Unseen unpaid bills were sent to collections. Billed for 3 dispensers, when only had two picked up 2 years ago.

AI Highlights
  • - They used Coalesce Inc instead of Coalesce Corp, delaying mail for two years.
  • - Bills went to collections; charges: 3 dispensers/mo, about $500 total.

They had Coalesce Inc instead of Coalesce Corp so the post office never forwarded their mail for the two years we moved away. So instead of contacting me, they sent the bill to collections.

I got copies of the bills from them which showed they had been charging me for 3 dispensers per month ~20 extra for the last 24 months or almost $500. Customer services refuses to resolve anything probably because the class actions coming against them this year.

Pros:
  • Nice bottles
  • Consistent delivery
Cons:
  • Wrong billing address
  • Overbilling for items not rented

No pick-up

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Pickup canceled due to inaccurate information.
  • - Third pickup attempt failed.
  • - Called repeatedly on delivery date; no pickup.

I had a scheduled pick-up that got cancelled due to inaccurate information. This is the 3rd attempt for a pick-up of the water unit.

I called, spoke with the manager, and still ended with the same result: no pickup. Do I need to drop off the water unit? The customer service reps do not know how to route a ticket, and the pickup drivers do not follow directions.

It is very difficult to get this company to do the job! I called multiple times on the date of delivery with no pick-up.

Pros:
  • Easy to take your money
Cons:
  • Hard to get your work order completed

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: This is not a BBB company, and it is shown. They do not care about the customer.

Frustrating Experience with Primo Brands After Recent Merger

Frustrating Experience with Primo Brands After Recent Merger

Over the past two months, my experience with Primo Brands has gone from bad to worse, largely due to their recent merger with ReadyRefresh. Initially, there was a month-long delay in my water deliveries, which I patiently accepted after being informed about the merger.

However, the real issues began when deliveries resumed. I was promised a courtesy delivery of three free gallons to make up for the delay, but instead, I ended up receiving multiple deliveries back-to-back, leaving me with an overwhelming amount of water that I couldnt store in my small apartment.

Contacting Primo Waters customer service was another frustrating ordeal. Every time I called, I was transferred from one agent to another, having to repeat my story multiple times. By the time I reached the third agent, I was exhaustedand this happened more than once.

Despite all my efforts, I ultimately decided to cancel my subscription because the experience was simply too frustrating.

I know that a representative may respond to this review with an apology and a request to please call us or send us a message with your phone number, but honestly, that doesnt change the experience Ive had.

P.S. As I was about to submit this review, I noticed that many other customers have reported the exact same problems: poor communication, excessive deliveries, incorrect charges, and difficulty getting through to a real person. Whats even more surprising is that the managers response to almost every review is identicalan apology and a vague request to contact them with your phone number. But they never say where to send it or whom to contact.

If youre truly offering help, please be specific: What number should we call?

What department or person should we message? Without that clarity, your responses feel like empty gestures.

Cons:
  • Contact methods
  • Responsive
  • Delivery

Preferred solution: At this point, I am not sure. Maybe a call from a manager to solve the issue and took extra bottles.

Customer service is awful

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Cancellation is hard; no clear option in the app or site.
  • - Phone number found online; support hours are limited and live chat is ineffective.

0 stars. Don't sign up you will not find a way to cancel this service.

Service hours are just business hours and they make you wait on hold forever. There is nothing on the app or website that makes it easily accessible to cancel the service.

I found the phone number on a random site (not their own). The live chat is also useless, seems like it is designed to help you in the least way possible

User's recommendation: Just buy reusable bottles. Cheaper and everyday people are not the cause of mass pollution
